The inspiration for “The Adequate Preparation” stemmed from my personal experiences and observations. Witnessing a childhood friend’s struggles in her marriage led me to delve deeper into the complexities of marital relationships and the importance of choosing the right life partner.
Studying biblical teachings, particularly Apostle Paul’s writings in 1 Corinthians chapter 7, I came to understand the significance of peace in relationships. I realized that while divorce is not ideal, God does not condemn those who need to make difficult decisions to find peace and fulfillment.
Seeking guidance from my spiritual mentor, the Late Pastor Michael Olawore of New Wine Church London, the Church I attended while I was living in the UK, I received validation and encouragement to share my insights with others. Inspired by Pastor Michael’s wisdom, I embarked on writing “Am I Ready, a spiritual guide to choosing a life partner, Am I Ready, a spiritual guide to the marital journey, and now The Adequate Preparation. I believe, all of these books, if we read and apply the principles they teach, singles will do well in choosing and consequently enjoy marital bliss.
Through the books I have written, I hope to equip singles with the knowledge and principles necessary to make wise decisions in selecting life partners, ultimately leading to lasting marital bliss.
